Cancellation Policy/No Show Policy for RYPT GYM  Training & Therapy Sessions

Our goal is to provide Training and Therapy sessions  in a timely manner. In order to do so we have had to implement an appointment/cancellation/no show policy.

The policy enables us to better utilize available appointments for our clients

1. Cancellation/No Show Policy  trainers

We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family.

However, when you do not call to cancel an appointment, you may be preventing another client patient receiving treatment.
Conversely, the situation may arise where another patient fails to cancel and we are unable to schedule you for a session, due to a seemingly "full" appointment book.

A "no show" is someone who misses an appointment without canceling it within a 24 hour working day in advance. No-shows inconvenience our staff and our busy schedule.

How To Cancel Your Appointment

If it is necessary to cancel your scheduled appointment, we require that you call one working day in advance.

To cancel an appointment, please call our office 8:00 am through 9:00 pm at (305) 423 – 1514 to speak with a member of our front desk staff.

2. Cost of Missed Appointment

  • If the appointment is not cancelled 24 hours notice the session is forfeited (medical exception) of course.
  • If you are late and would still want the session, they don't get any additional time, it's whatever duration they have left in their session.
